Log into your Honig’s account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective layers are intact to avoid damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
