How long does shipping typically take for Honig’s gear?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard ground shipping generally arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your location relative to our distribution centers.
What is your return policy for officiating uniforms?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as hemmed trousers or shirts with custom patches, are final sale.
Can I request custom embroidery or patch application?
Yes, Honig’s provides professional customization services for state-specific association patches and custom numbering. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for orders requiring custom sewing.
How do I determine the correct size for my protective equipment?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For chest protectors and shin guards, we recommend measuring from the base of the neck to the waist, or the center of the knee to the ankle, respectively.
Do you offer group discounts for officiating associations?
We certainly do. Associations looking to place bulk orders for their members are encouraged to contact our sales team directly for specialized pricing and localized shipping options.
